    Ah, my young padawan, you have so much to learn and so little time:) No big issues, Nitrogen Narcosis or Rapture of the Deep is when you body is oversaturated with Nitrogen and you have a tendency to feel like you have had too many drinks. You do staging stops on the way up to have the trapped Nitrogen exit your system in a safe manner. Oversaturation of Nitrogen and going up to the surface after a long dive or a deep dive where a staging stop is required can result in the bends. Literally, it is where your body bends over and you scream in pain. Not a fun situation. You may want to just place the rope onto the car and tie it off so you can stage tanks along the way in the event you run out of air or are low on air coming up. Really good idea in the limited visibility environment you are in. Hard to see your console so it becomes somewhat hard to guess or know if you are sucking too much air, or have been down way too long and are running short of air. For the most part, you are really careful, but in the future, you want to attach weights to the lift bags so you do not get dragged as much. You can always use lead weights and attach a rope or cord around them so once down on the site, and you are done with them, you can attach it to the lift point so the bags do the work and take them up with you along with the car. That way, you are not fighting everything. Still, was that a fun dive or what? Good ole Willamette river never fails. Did I tell you I did a search and rescue dive in that area and did a body...sorry, never mind. Whew, well that was about 20 years of diving experience right there. See, my military, professional, and commercial licenses are good for something. Safe diving as always.

      @@AdventuresWithPurpose Wow, thank you. I would love to come out, but unfortunately, I lost my sight a few years ago so I am not sure how much use I could be in the water. I would love to help out with logistics if that would work. Kind of coordinate on land if you could use that kind of help. I am so flattered that you would ask me to dive. My gills are so dry since I lost my sight. There is a way to go diving, just in your situation it would not be practical and you would be forced to babysit me underwater plus work on your dive bags as well. Thank you again for the offer.

I wonder what type of truck you found this time?

    Hey. Huge question I just signed up for a Scuba diving class. Do you have tips for someone like me. I've never done anything like this except for free diving and I'm just confused on the nitrogen narcosis or however its said/Spelled. I will be joining your membership this upcoming thursday brother. Thank you for the amazing content!

    • @royreynolds108
      @royreynolds108 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If you dive below 33 feet and stay down long enough for nitrogen to saturate the blood, you can get what is called nitrogen narcosis which is a feeling of euphoria or drunkenness and lose reasoning which then leads to drowning. Not good. The deeper the dive the faster nitrogen builds up and then the longer it takes to get it out of the blood by coming up in stages and holding at less and less depths until it is safe to surface. There are tables for that and in sports diving you don't really want to get into that for safety.

    • @smokinggoodtimes6747
      @smokinggoodtimes6747 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@royreynolds108 Alright. Thank you so much! I was hoping someone would know. Idk if that's something I'm supposed to know right away but I do appreciate it and I will definitley remember that. Thank you again brotha🤘

    • @royreynolds108
      @royreynolds108 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@smokinggoodtimes6747 I have taken Scuba lessons 3 times for certification and have been diving some though it was years ago. I imagine nitrogen narcosis will come up but the ONE big rule is to follow your bubbles up to the surface. Never, and I mean Never hold your breath while surfacing using scuba or hooka. If you surface dive the air in your lungs will deflate as you go down and expand on the way back up so you won't get into trouble. The greatest change in volume of air is between the surface and 10 feet. Volume is inversely proportional to pressure. There is 1 atmosphere of pressure at the surface, 2 atmospheres at 33 feet(30 feet in sea water), 3 atmospheres at 66 feet, etc.
      If I remember correctly, a single 72 tank will last about 30 minutes at 30 feet with normal breathing. Just keep you wits about you and don't panic and have fun.

    Nitrogen narcosis only occurs at high depth, no chance it will occur at 85 feet. But you could wait some time in between 2 dives to let the nitrogen that is dissolved into your tissues to slowly come out of your system.
    As you are diving with a computer, the computer will take all this into account for you and let you know when you should go back to the surface, even in the case of successive dives. As far as I remember, it is 30 minutes at 90 feet.

    Should advertise what state your headed next so people can follow and inform you of stories or first hand knowledge of seeing a vehicle go into a body of water.
    Not everyone can afford to help with donations and being a member. But I think the government should have some sort of way to get a grant to help fund the basics that you do.
    Should get a finder's fee for every unsolved case evidence. They usually offer money rewards for unsolved cases.
    You need a person in the family to do all the calling and research for you.
    You can be an anchor in the part of society that everyone can reach out to for help in searching for lost or missing persons. Need financial help to figure out the basics to get you places where they need help. Need sponsers to get you started with equipment like a boat. Can the factories and dealers and see if someone can afford to sponser you for advertisement privelages....
    Like the manufacturer of the boat that ships boats all over the country is the best option because you can advertise all the dealers in the areas you are in at the moment and surrounding areas.. then that avenue is paid for....just need continuing sponsership by locals when you go places....
    Connecting to those dealers and the scuba dealers can get others involved to go and practice the trade with you as Apprentice volunteers to learn how to do things.
    They can't expect you to get ALL the vehicles out of the water.
    It's like Houston and all the vehicles that went underwater in the flooding.. people have to report their vehicle was missing after flooding in order to give sometime ideas of where to look for environmental damage that could be occurring..
    I love helping people start up new businesses to make society a better place to live..
    Have fun today!

    When you find a bunch of cars can you not just tag the lot of them and leave floats in the water like showing where they are and it would show people that you’re not to anchor here as there are snags in the water

      It is a matter of oils and other stuff in the vehicles that need to be out of the water. Future pollution removal.

      Tough to say what kind of a boat. While it would be nice to have a ribbed boat, it would also be nice to have an inflatable that I keep in the trailer that is light and can be dropped into a Slough like we needed last week that a regular boat could not get too. Figure $8,000 to $10,000 for a good setup with all sonar gear.
