- I claim that this is the best video you can find in TH-cam about Kaeng Krachan National Park in Thailand.
Kaeng Krachan was declared as a national park on 12 June 1981. Covering an area of 2914 km² it is the largest national park in Thailand. The park is not only part of the rainforest area north and south of the park in Thailand, but also part of the Western Forex Complex that covers 18,730 km² across 19 protected sites between Myanmar and Thailand. Kaeng Krachan National Park covers a reservoir and mainly rain forests with rich flora and fauna. Possibly Thailand's top bird- and butterfly-watching location, over 420 species of birds has been observed in the park boundaries which is the highest number of bird species in any national parks in Thailand. There are 57 known species of mammals and around 300 butterfly species.

Can you please tell which month did you go in and were there any leeches on the trail? Also do you recomend any bird guide for this area?
Hey, I went 3 times) you can see my another episode 3 for sea of clouds trail I didn’t go last time as the ride has been closed due to rainy season. We went during rainy season the first 2 episodes, and the episode 3 we went during spring I think. I never have any leeches on me, so I think I am lucky, but my husband sometimes gets one or two. I recommend staying in Baan Maka Lodge and a get a guide from there. maps.app.goo.gl/F2HQ1koyhMVtxNV38?g_st=ic that’s a little hotel run by owner who are bird watchers themselves!
