English is not my native language, but now I realize that having learnt it has given me the opportunity to listen to this wonderful talk and understand it perfectly!
This is wonderful. I wish Brother Knorr was alive today because he would see how his talk is very much abt our time in 2022. Everything he said has happened almost. The light was shining very bright at that time, and we can connect the things he talked abt is our time. This was just very encouraging to me. I was born in 1922 and I was at the convention. It was wonderful to here it again. Many talks and Dramas on this place I was at the convention and remember. Thank you so much for allowing me to here them again.
I love the reasonableness of this talk, discussing and summarising developments over time and reasoning on the future events and how things still need to take place for a complete fulfilment. Has any other source discussed the kings of the north and south in modern times, from Daniel ch 11, in such a tangible way? The clarification of the 2 diametrically opposed schools of thought are so apparent today, a totalitarian state controlled aggressive north and a liberal democratic often war weary south, though both are flawed, one is for the state and the other for the individual, the 'locking of horns' has never been more apparent than today.
I used this talk to witness to someone who asked me for proof that Jehovah's Witnesses have the truth. I pointed out how Revelation 17:8 "the beast that was, but is not, and yet is about to ascend" is speaking in the present tense. Specifically, I pointed out to him the "but is not" shows it was designed to be understood and explained during that point of the prophecy's fulfillment. Then I linked to an article on Wikipedia describing how the League of Nations was defunct as this public talk was given, during its "but is not" state while in the abyss, and how Brother Knorr explained it would be back. He was a trinitarian and hellfire believer and kept badgering me. He stopped after getting that email message. This talk is as relevant today as it was in 1942. Though at the time I'm sure it didn't seem relevant with that title and the world situation as it existed. Kind of like the United Nations now. Ha!
@@BrianKliewer It's sad when some people try and point out prophecies we got from the bible that didn't (yet?) come true but totally ignore the many prophecies JWs announced that did come true. Who else has filled as many bible prophecies as us? No one. They typically say; "We don't touch the prophetic books" Well, tear those pages out then, they don't/can't get any of them right - they get every one wrong that way!

So, they expect JWs to be right 100% of the time while apparently forgetting... 1 Peter 1:12 "Into these very things, angels are desiring to peer." As the revealer of secrets, Jehovah knows when where, how and why. We just have to wait. But not for much longer.
At the height of the war, for the bros to know that there will be a peaceful time is not just remarkable but shows how much bros looked to Gods word the bible for guidance and direction. We still look to Jehovah's written word for guidance and direction today. This is a wonderful talk.

Our dear brother ZEAL IS ON FIRE in his delivery to humble Bible students who must have been worn down to the marrow. Jehovsh truly gives every good gift and perfect present. I cannot thank you enough for continuing to show us the truth is always the truth . Excellent. As always.
During the latter days, God~fearing and courageous brothers spoke and still speak the truth before the whole world just as Moses, Jonah, Elijah and countless other worshippers of Jehovah once did. The Truth must be told!!!
Maybe the most profound, prophetic, informative, logical, uncomplicated and precious content available on youtube and by extension all media. Everyone needs to just think about this 'eighth king' as well as the seventh and the kings of the north and the south and who babylon the great is. Yes there are incredibly detailed, intense and tiring ways of making sense of the bible and where we are in the stream of time but this brother is just so relaxed, you don't need to even pick up your bible or scribble away, you can do all that in your own time this will motivate you to think about 'the more important things', it's coming my friend. The date of this talk, September 1942 ... 'the king of the north' was winning at this time, prior to El Alamein the British had no wins just a few months prior and only 10 months since Pear Harbour and Japan was still island hopping south. Incredible, for anyone interested in politics this is the place to be, the 'North v South', Totalitarian v Liberalism thing has reached new 'heights', seems so clear now.
