I seem to have went from alpha seed, major respect and adoration, with love bombing from a narcissist - to a demotivated, letting myself go, needy pathetic narcissist myself. I went from one end of the spectrum to the other In 4 years. Crazy shit.

By the way it’s one year later, and I’m still not over it. Saw her dad’s company van yesterday and it ruined my day. Saw an email a week ago from a purchase she must’ve made for a “seductive” fragrance, using my loyalty card connected to my email, and I was pissed for 3 days. Sick of this shit
@@babatunde8812 just own the alpha part of your personality, these girls are never worth the emotional pain you put yourself through, I also went through a massive self imposed guilt trip after my first phase of being an alpha and banging lots of girls, it's just part of your development, remember we are deprogramming from a childhood of feminist abuse and gaslighting and many people in your life will guilt trip you family and friends etc, also money will definitely help balance your darker emotions.

When I worked at a grocery store I learned that almost everyone who paid with food stamps or government assistance (whatever it’s called where you are) ate copious amounts of chips, sugary soda, and red meat/bacon. They obviously were very unhealthy and overweight. Very sad that they were teaching their kids to eat the same garbage. Edit: didn’t mean to start a diet debate. You people need to understand nuance, it’s the combination of all the shitty food and enormous quantities of fatty meats without exercise that makes it unhealthy.
I’ve definitely seen the same outside of the red meat. Good beef is actually pretty expensive so I don’t see it bought as much. A lot of frozen food and pork products for sure though.
@@frraht I didn’t say red meat was unhealthy. Just pointing out what I observed. They ate fatty read meat and no chicken or turkey. It’s only unhealthy when the rest of their diet is poor and they don’t exercise enough but that’s true with any food. Chips, soda, heavily processed boxed meals, red meat, no veggies, and the occasional apple or banana.

The boss asked why and the single mom told him _"Because he makes TOO MUCH money and it's affecting her gov assistance program"_ She can't get free stuff anymore apparently. 😆 They LOoOoOvE going online and bragging about Allllll the lobster and CRAP they can fill their fridge with while sitting at home all day, while hard working people can barely keep their fridge stocked. It got so bad one time, the gov had to begin removing some items that you can't just go buy like that anymore. You have to pay from your own pocket. Of course they didn't like that part..

It's like it's some sort of survival mechanism or something. Then their income tax return is in jeopardy. That's the only reason they're crying...that's $3k they won't get now 😂
@@shawnb6775 hey man. My wife is a vegan and has been for 8 years. Her health is so shit. Always tired, back problems, teeth problems etc etc. she doesn’t believe it’s because she’s a vegan. When she gave birth to our son, he was underweight(standard from vegan mothers). He got 4 weeks of breast milk until she got mastitis too many times. She’s always sick. Vegans aren’t healthy man. They’re not getting enough nutrition. So I don’t see how the vegan diet is a good and healthy diet.
I feel so bad for the 2 yr old you getting burnt with boiling water, poor kid. Inspiring to see youve not let the scares knock your confidence in life, you deserve the great life you've worked so hard for 👍🏼
I really liked what you said about suffering and pain. I feel like my life is constantly running me over and over. I refuse to suffer but I'm in pain. As a kid my country suffered civil war. And came here as a refugee. I got twins.and one of them have autism. That was my first shock. I spent the next years working with him and I did everything and now it goes a lot better. Now I'm seperated. I had to leave because I did not have any freedom. She wanted me to be home and at work constantly. But during that time I was in pain constantly, but i managed to take two degrees, earn some money in crypto, and now I'm working out as never before. I managed to increase my salary but I won't stop and I don't think I will ever let a women into my life. You can choose to suffer or be in pain. That is so true.
