Mirrrored backglass, full sculpts, Mechs and physical ball lock, multiple shots off all 3 flippers, original IP, art blades, shaker motor, powder coating, incredible sound design, simple to understand but rules that can last a while if you complete every modes, multiple wizard modes, fast repeatable loops/shots
It may be indeed that the reason you never heard of it is 'crap marketing' by American Pinball; but the genesis of this game comes from Visual Pinball X-- a guy named Scott Gullicks created a game called "Wrath Of Olympus" and then wanted to turn it into a real pinball machine. He did so (finally) and produced 6 of them. It seems that the theme was tweaked slightly (the upper playfield replaced by different mechs) and this new "Legends of Valhalla" was produced in its place. This is a testament to anyone who wants to do something badly enough--and then they do it. Good on American Pinball for bringing Scott's design to fruition.
@@JohnSmith78098 speed sure - but the sound of bumpers popping is so awesome. On my Star Wars or Alien it’s so satisfying I want it to stay up there as long as possible
The game is kinda “meh”, in my opinion. I’ve put probably 30 or so hours or so on it at this point, and it doesn’t really do too much for me anymore. The lock shot to the ship is pretty sweet, I’ll give it that, but everything else fell flat after a few hours.
Legends of Valhalla is absolutely terrible. It was the game for the world cup of pinball and it was so boring we literally lost the game so we didn't have to play it any more. Avoid like the plague.

I've always like LOV. I haven't pulled the trigger on one since they tend to lose their value.
