- Join me as I clean up my 5.5-acre truck parking lot in DFW, Texas. As an industrial real estate investor, this property has been a solid investment, delivering steady returns through both monthly leases and short-term parking options.

Much props on the hard work. There's always the flip side of owning property. Been there done that too.
Great video Ron. Showing the maintenance side of the biz is very insightful as I build my business plan!
Gotta pay someone, but you can supplement!
Traded in the dress shoes for some dirty boots!

I would talk to local gyms, crossfit gyms and trainers to see if they want those trucks tires for tire sleds. Easy way to up cycle them.
Also a propane tank and blow torch will get rid of the weeds real fast.
I can see that for larger tractor tires, is there demand for regular semi truck???
@@RonaldRohdeLaw Sure is. I used to make tire drag sleds for track and field athletes when I was younger. Screw some big "I" bolts, washers and lock nuts in them. Screw some cut to fit 2x4's in them and 3/4" ply cut to fit on top, where you sit some weight plates and your good to go. Easy to build, and sell them for $75 a peice, or up sell them for packs of 2 or more. You can look up how to make them on here. Try selling to athletic facilities. Or donate a few and sell the rest.
