How to set up an IMAP / POP email account on the iPhone

Email Setup on iPhone and iPad.
This video will guide how to add POP/IMAP mailbox account in default iPhone Email Client.
On iPhone I recommend to use its default email client instead of outlook. But outlook version in iOS App Store it doesn't have POP connectivity support :(

Not working I don’t know what a host name is, keep getting “cannot connect using SSL”, trying to add my school outlook email.

Does the email account is MS 365? If yes then you should chose Microsoft Exchange connection type. If you have hotmail or @outlook.com then chose outlook connection. If non of above then you must get correct domain name from admin.

you have to insert exact host name name where you email service is running.

If you are not using office365 then you should confirm with your email provider if they have allowed SSL connection for your mail domain or not.
