Amazing. I just Been there couple of days back and this place was so beautiful. I can't Describe in words and the Sunset at Carmel beach superb Beauty. Also 17 Mile Drive have so many scenic views.

Monterey has a great bus system too. I lived there 3 years and never had a car or a bike. I walked or took the bus everywhere.
Such a beautiful little town!!! I cant wait to visit it again. A few recommendations if you guys are still in Monterey......... Monarch Pub for best fish n chips, Crepes by Brittany for breakfast and Alfredos cantina BEST freakin dive bar Ive ever been to!!! Great Vid!!! "Like"

I live here and was wondering what stood out to travelers, revival’s tasty but hella expensive like everything else here so be prepared to hurt your wallet hope people who come by have a great time :)
It’s always so interesting to see what others are fascinated by in your town! Definitely a bit pricey, but we really enjoy your town!
Nice video. However, the video's advising visitors to skip Monterey Bay Aquarium (early in the video -- supposedly because you can see sea life by biking along the Coastal Recreational Trail) is misleading. In the Aquarium, you see 35,000 marine animals (550 species) and many more plant species. In contrast, on a bike ride from the Aquarium to Asilomar (about 3 miles), you might see 100 animals (a dozen species). Both the bike ride and the Aquarium are great, but in terms of seeing marine life up close, the Aquarium is vastly superior. In Japan, the world-famous Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan (once the world's largest aquarium) is amazing, too. However, Monterey Bay Aquarium is even better, because seeing the marine life is easier and the tour is more educational. (I recommend both aquariums.) But don't skip the spectacular Coastal Recreational Trail, either.
