B.Y.O.B." ("Bring Your Own Bombs") is a song by American heavy metal band System of a Down. It was released in March 2005 as the lead single from their fourth album Mezmerize. Like their earlier song "Boom!", it was written in protest against the Iraq War.[2] The song reached number 27 on the US Billboard Hot 100, the band's highest peak to date on the chart.

Bring your own bombs is a ferocious attack to the Bush government. SOAD is a band that has Armenian origins and always speaks of important(political) themes. Other songs with over 1 billion views are Toxicity and Chop Suey. Absolutely bangers!

Need more reactions to System Of A Down. I recommend the songs "Aerials", "Lonely Day", "Chop Suey".
I also recommend listening to Serj Tankian - Sky Is Over (this is a solo project by the vocalist of System Of A Down)

Incredible song by a legendary band, filled with content against Iraq war, which was on full blast during that period.
You have an incredible library of songs to listen here, but a couple recommendations are "Question!" and "Aerials". Amazing pieces of music.

The real message of the song (as displayed by the catchy, upbeat chorus) is the PEOPLE keeping their heads in the sand of the reality of the world around them. People would rather ignore the plight and corruption so long as they are enjoying themselves. "Where the fuck are you" is directed towards us, the people, who allow such governments to grow and control. We need to wake up and stop hiding behind our comfort! After all, when the time comes, it's US they'll send to do their bidding. Not just poor in value, but poor in values, too. Compliance is the death of liberty.

It’s about the War in Afghanistan and Iraq and how it wasn’t about saving people for human rights and how it was because of the interests for corporations for oli in the region and corporations that were apart of the military industrial complex and got rich in war

I've noticed that you don't have any Dire Straits in your reactions.
I think you should probably change that. You may remember Dire Straits from a long time ago, but their alchemy live concert was amazing. Sultans of Swing from that concert has only a measly 244M views. It has one of the best guitar solos ever.

I recommend that you do "Sugar" by system of a down next. I think you will very much agree with the message of that song also. Btw, they were an Armenian - American band. And their lead singer is now doing mostly opera.
Oh and you can easily skip their song "Chop Suey". People will suggest it, but it is very over rated. Not worth it in my opinion. Those who will suggest it, don't even know what it's about. I guarantee you that.
