@@shaunjohnwood I appreciate you man. My mother passed away in Oct, a lot of hell since then but Im still here, and I'm focusing on that. My Dad seems to be mending well, however never to be healed. Which is a good thing ya know? I'm probably going to be stepping down at work from the position in management to what I used to do. Hopefully a good thing too, trying my best to reluctantly focus on me and making a life im happy with. Till then at least there is good music right?
I just came back from this party. On my way home I stopped at my elementary school and I was just in awe. All those memories created in that building... too beautiful to see. I almost had to cry.
I used to not have to deal with anxiety and feeling sad many times in life but now I realize don’t have a friend group to go to. I have people who talk to me and people I laugh with during the day but never a group of people I really stick with or go to. I’m just a floater 😞
If you feel the need to talk to someone I’m always here. I’ve been through the loneliness the depression been suicidal for 2 years. It gets better. Trust and believe it does.
Iv3 been depressed for two years, mentally abused for three and suicidal for one but nothing's gotten better. I guess I'm just meant to be suffering for just a bit longer

But people kept reminding me that I wasn't alone and is all in my head . Change the way u think .and change your routine . And u will see a change .
