First of all, thank you very much Fernando for going out on such a dreadful rainy day and filming there. You deserve all the praise👏👏👏Second of all, the "Oh my God" you said at the end of the video very accurately describes the whole situation. While i do agree that the trooper should have used his voice to clear the huge amount of people crowding the entrance to the box (something I've never seen to this degree for the last 5 months, since the white lines were painted) it should be noted that he was absent from Horse Guards for more than a year for unknown reasons, so he missed all the major changes that were made by both Regiments, in interacting with tourists (troopers using their voices to communicate a command) but also the cutting down on tourists touching the reins, the horses, the painting of the white lines around the boxes. It's one thing to know about changes, and another to put them into practice yourself. Plus, i don't believe he is the type to use his voice easily, since at the time he disappeared, no trooper interacted with any tourists. Ever. The second reason i believe he didn't use his voice was because of how agitated the horse was and he wanted to prevent getting him riled up even more. The horse was clearly tense from before entering the box. I've never seen Warlord in that state before. Now, regarding the two outbursts of the horse, i don't believe any tourists were to blame this time, honestly. There was one lady, sitting outside of the white lines during the first outburst, but she wasn't able to read the horse, not knowing horses and the horse's previous state; and no tourists at all, during the second outburst. I reviewed the images very closely and it was really a battle of wills between the trooper and Warlord. The trooper clearly gave repeated commands to the horse to move forward, in order to position him with its head outside of the box, while Warlord didn't want to do that, as his head was already wet and cold from the pouring rain. The horse lost its patience and snapped. Twice. I don't know why the trooper insisted so much with the forward motion the second time, knowing what had happened the first time. I really do appreciate this trooper a lot, so this comment is all the more difficult for me to write, but in my humble opinion it was really between him and the horse.

Changing of The King's Life Guard The ceremony of changing of the King’s Life Guard starts at 11am with the Old Guard formed up on Horse Guards Parade. As the New Guard arrives, a trumpeter sounds a royal salute and the officer salutes. The New Guard forms up facing the old one. Once both lines are still, the corporal major, senior non-commissioned officer and sentries of the New Guard (the first relief) rein back their horses and leave for the guard room to take over their duties, which lasts for 48 hours. The sentries from the Old Guard return to the parade ground and the entire Old Guard returns back to barracks.
