It sounds like your white paint you sprinkled from stars was not waterproof. You should be able to wipe it off and apply an acrylic paint that is waterproof after it dries.

Hey I tried this one but my white colour which I sprinkle for stars got spoiled after applying liquid layer even I apply it after 2 days then too
