Very helpful video. I just set up my first reef tank, actually just in my first water cycle. Playng with my single 60 for now, planning to add at least two MP40 when I'm ready for SPS/LPS.

I hope this doesn't sound confusing but its the best way I can describe. Wonder if there is a book for dummies called, "how to set your Vortech mp10Wes settings for dummies".
Usually it takes me no time to figure something like this out but this What the heck. Makes me want to return the darn thing. Any help will greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

Just got me an mp10 for my 72 bowfront as a. Birthday gift along with a reefkeeper lite plus, your video save me couple hours of research question guys, where do you recommend the placement of the pump middle of tank's hight, 3/4 hight or almost up to the water surface? What set up could help better?

Confused! I just received the Vortech MP10Wes for my 28 gallon JBjNano cube (intermediate LED) on Tuesday.I watched ur video & I still can't seem to set any of the settings.Watching ur video I was trying to program it exactly how u did just to see if I can get the Led lights to move as urs did after u set it. No luck for me except for the blue setting (the short pulse one)On this setting only I see the led go back & fourth.On the other settings,the lights just stay on where I set the the knob 2.

You mixed up reefcrest mode and lagoon mode. Reefcrest is yellow dial, and FIRST two leds lit bright. Lagoon is yellow, and second two leds lit bright. Source: ecotech marines youtube video on the different modes.

All you'd need to do is have a small corner video of the ecosmart driver while main video shows the pump action. I watched this video waiting for that part but was disappointed.
