    Payo ko sayo dre, okay lang mag rice pero konti lang. Then mag oatmeal ka at pinaka importante mag cardio ka. Di porket napapawisan ka sa work mo eh hindi ka na mag cardio exercise kung gusto mo bumaba cholesterol mo. Limit lang. If gusto mo 1 cup rice lang lunch at dinner. Wheat bread oks din. Pangit yang food na may butter. Source din yan ng cholesterol

    pre kung mataas ang cholesterol mo hindi magandang diet ang meat and butter kasi mataas ang saturated fats nyan at malaki ang contributions nyan sa heart disease tapos ung eggs atleast two lang for the whole day kasi mataas din sa cholesterol yan kaya the best na lng ung fish and vegetables and kung hanap mo good fats makukuha mo yan sa avocados, almonds and walnuts at omega 3 na makukuha mo sa salmon, makarel at iba pang isdang may omega 3.

    Natry ko na yung ganyang diet dati para magpapayat kaso napasama pa nagkaroon ako ng fatty liver at posible gall stone tataas uric acid dahil fatty yung kinakaen mo. Mas ok padin ang balanced diet more water and fish veggies and as much as posible whole foods less processed food mas ok

    Dre kaya sumasakit ulo mo, nag-aadapt pa ang katawan mo. Wag kakalimutan mag hydrate, napaka importante. Ganyan din ginawa ko, 2 years na and still going. 220lbs down to 157. May kasamang jog/walk and intermittent fasting 16 hrs minimum. Nag normalize lahat sa akin. Alam ko naman na nire-research mo yan at madami talaga kailangan i-unlearn sa nakagawian.

    Pag adopted ka na try intermittent fasting. Try omad ( one meal aday). Ginawa ko rin yan carnivore diet. Nawala ang diabetes and high blood pressure ko. Cheat day ko is Saturday and Sunday kain din ako ng kanin pero konti lang. I’m now 60 years old and no medication 5’7” 150lbs. Going to the gym. Lumitaw din yung outline ng four packs ko. Kaya mo ya dre. Napanood ko rin yung interview ni Jotdan Peterson with Joe Rogan re carnivore diet. If you dig deeper actually nakuha ni Peterson yung idea tungkol sa carnivore diet from his daughter Mikhaila Peterson who had severe kind of arthritis and was cured by said diet.

    Dre., baka yung iniinom mong tubig ay alkaline sya o may sadyang added alkaline. Nasubukan ko na yan, akala ko maganda yung alkaline water tapos nagtaka na lang ako bigla bakit nagiging acidic ako at nagdidighay ng maasim. Inisip ko kong ano kinakain ko at iniinom na tubig, itinigil ko yung pag-inom sa alkaline water at bumalik sa normal water, nawala sya. Ang sa tingin ko yung katawan ko nagcompensate at naging more acidic dahil sa alkaline na ininom ko.

    Dre consult mo muna sa doctor bago ka magtry ng kung ano anung crash diet. Kapag nag panay meat ka baka cholesterol at uric mo naman yumari sayo. yari ka sa gout at fatty liver. Kalma sa testing ng diet dre baka mapabilis ka nyan .

    Baka acid reflux po ang nararamdaman nyo. Ang acid po kasi apektado.ang pananakit ng ulo, sinisikmura, masakit ang balakang, parang nasusuka at parang may nakabara sa lalamunan. Wag po.muna kayong kakain ng mamantika, cafe, gatas, milo lahat ng may citrus juice. Inuman nyo po ng Double action Gaviscon bago po kayo.kumain. o kaya po pa check nyo po blood sugar nyo.

    Rice i advice you to go to dietitian your diet now is absolutely very wrong. Your cholesterol will go up to the roof. Tapos mayaas yan mga carne plus butter na gamit mo and also processed sausages mataas ng uric acid acidic ang diet mo which cause acid reflux at ache joints. Sana punta ka na lang sa dietitan diyan wag padala sa advice ng mga diet diet na carnivore butter din kc hydrogenated yan they function like saturated fats. Olive oil is the best.

    Sa tingin ko pre hindi nakakatulong ung meat diet mo para bumaba ung bad cholesterol mo atsaka kapag nahihilo ka raw or light headed baka highblood ka. Try mo mag check ng BP mo pre. Vegan with fish or straight vegan ang the best
