Brilliant! I love the use of shoe polish for stain! It comes with its own little applicator!!!! And I love the idea of using twine to hang your things!!!!
very nice. that ladder would be great to use as an herb and flowers drying rack too, you could even hang it from the ceiling and tie the herbs to it. love to hang lavender, thyme, oregano, roses, etc..

@Pennie.. if you have a household drill, they sell double ended wood screws that would make this sturdier and functional if you needed it to be using a VERY minimal in the ways of tools or effort :-) gorilla glue also makes glue sticks if you needed speed.

What a cool idea, bargain Bethany used the rolling pins from Dollar Tree and my Dollar Tree does it carry them none of the ones around me and I'm a Kentucky I was trying to figure out a way to be able to make one but that is really cool and it's skinnier then the rolling pins that's a really neat idea and really if someone wanted to have it so they can set something on it they can put other dogs on the other side of the step. And I love the shoe polish idea you can also get it at Walmart for $0.98 I use it I made the crosses like you did and you said and I love it that's how I use for my wood projects thank you I think you are an awesome Crafter you really think outside of the box and it just amazes me of the stuff that you create

If you like the idea of this ladder but don't like the rustic style, then all you have to do is choose your paint color, choose a different wrap, maybe a ribbon, beads, wire, diamond wrap or maybe even decorative duct tape. Maybe wire and then cover it with a decorative wrap. I'm loving turquoise and copper so a copper wire would be my choice. But thats just me. Have fun and Be creative.

Amazing. Just what I was looking for in decorating my daughters Woodland Themed wedding. You can wrap greenery around it and hand lanterns with fairy lights. Like I posted before. The Woodland Theme is Farmhouse with a lot of greenery and fairy lights. Thank you.
