Very useful video 🙏 15 days ago I got DPF issue with message "exhaust filter overload" and then "Exhaust filter at limit". However after driving about 150 km on highway the message goes off. Also want to inform that after disappearing above messages,. continuously "exhaust filter cleaning" message appeared and disappeared several times. After that car was ok. But what I feeling today also, the power train problem. When I shift from 3-4 th gear I feels power lag...will you please help?
Diesel quality really matters. I have driven 10K with out any DPF issues. But once I filled from one local BP Fuel station gradually pick up and pulling reduced and till facing it's after effects even after passive regeneration. In my car never shows dpf filter warning in meter consol. Hopefully awaiting the recall.

Its just 20 days old and have driven only 1700 kms so far.. Really disappointed with my purchase.. Should have gone for petrol.. I thought you have some other solution..

Finally service centre jana pda wha computer se ese clean kiya gya December 2023 ko. Ab fir ye problem January 2024 ,1 month baad dikha rha hai. Aaj 3rd gear pe 2500 ram pe 70 ke speed se 100 km highway pe drive kiya per problem jaisa ka taisa hi dikha rha hai. Ab kya kru?
Normally i got 20 km average mileage on higaways and 18.5 on heavy traffic cities after recalling my vehicle mileage come down to 16 . It was a great blunder of mine

In rear cases i use different pumps as per the situation. There is no dpf issue till now and mileage is also getting better with time. I am not sure if it is the fuel or my particular unit is different.
Sir, I don't agree with your procedure. I purchased May 21 and faced dpf issue twice, 300 km & 1400 km. 1st time high way drive @60-75 kmph for 20 minutes solved the problem but in 2nd time not possible. When approached FASS they measured & found 19 gm clogging. They took me a drive @ 60-75 kmph steady high way drive in normal 4th & 5th gear for 40 km and measured clogging after coming back only 2 gm. After that I have already driven 300 km and no dpf warning. As per their advice I have to drive in above procedure at least once in a month to avoid dpf signal. Till now no permanent solution.

Did regeneration from ford 2 times . After lot of argument they told they will try regeneration. Gave my vehicle for 3 day. They drove nearly 100 km and told even when they drove and tested the process in not getting completed and told me to give the car for 2 week for further tesing. Their attitude is very annoying and they pretend this issue didnt happen because of part replacemnet.

There is only one solution for DPF issue use good quality of Diesel like Shell or Jio

Try using HP or reliance fuel. I am filling my diesal from HP only and no dpf issue till now. 4k km ran already.
Somebody in FB suggested not to use HP diesel due to higher density.
