Really good price. Interesting design with what appeared to be the front door pointing to the courtyard with all your neighbors and the more private patio overlooking the parking. Curious if that’s just Costa Rica or just this design. Not yet ready for retirement but looked great for someone in that position

Great comment and observation! The building's 2nd level is a huge terrace that overlooks the pool area, with its palms and the massive native trees that grow around the courtyard. (There is a gorgeous "almendro de monte" growing right in the middle, close to the elevator, that is a frequent spot for howler monkeys.) There are three condos on this level - the lofts - that do not have a private patio but instead only use that terrace, so it had to be a good space with plenty of room for people to sit in recliners etc. The private patios are a "bonus" for the 2BR condos in a way!

That's true; I did not show the baths as we wanted to try and be efficient in showing the whole condo + building!
