When our partner made the signal, we knew we had 3 matches, and we wouldn't pick anything up unless it was our final match. It meant that if anyone did accuse us of having crabs when we did the signal, we could prove that we only had 3 matches yet. Granted, we were young and now people might pick up on our trick but it worked scarily well. People were convinced we were telepathic lmao
