- Not sure how to run your first day of art with kindergarten? This is how I've welcomed my kindergarten to art class on the first day for MANY years! I fought and dug my heels in so hard to not take advice from online sources because I thought I needed to learn on my own. I used a few of your lessons in the past week and it's been a WORLD of a difference. I wish I would have done this on the first day. Thank you for sharing your teaching gift with the world. I want my students to be as passionate as art as I am, but they need structure first. Thank you for giving me confidence!

Oh my goodness I am so excited I wish I were in kindergarten again! And this class!!
I have been an art teacher for 5 years and you have always inspired me with your practices, outfits, characters and more. I moved to a new city and saw my new classroom kinders for the first time and they only speak spanish! Hablo un poco de español. On top of that the had a birthday party full of sweets before class (most came in with ringpops in mouths still)
So you can probably think of the disasters that arose. But, I'm really looking forward to implementing this video and making cue cards in spanish for this lesson so that I can teach those littles. So... THANK YOU!
