Buttermilk 1tbsp vinegar+ 175ml milk
Butter 120g
Oil 30g
Sugar 170g
Vanilla 1tbsp
Eggs 2
Flour 220g
Cocoa powder 1tbsp
Baking powder 1½tsp
Red food colour 1tsp mix into buttermilk
Butter cream cheese frosting
Butter 200g
Vanilla ice-cream 100ml
Cream cheese 250g
