I just got one myself. I liked what it does, plus it is made in the Ukraine, and it might not be available in the future because of current events. It found not only a bad piece of coax going to my windom, it told me where it was with the Time Domain Reflectometry feature. It also found an intermittent alpha-delta antenna switch that had been causing me grief for a while. Worth the money.
