I'm new to track riding. But I've put braking as #1 and turn as #2. And with those I've made alot of progress on track. I haven't thought much about the apex and exit as needing markers but it makes sense and will start looking for them.
Yes you are right, it's called 3 step you look for your braking marker first then turning then apex. I think what he is trying to say is the importance of each one as there are lots of braking markers and turning points but only one apex so its number 1 as most important. Well I'm assuming that anyway but you have a valid point. Safe riding
Choices depend on riding styles and ultimately level of feeling of the track\ bike combination. Anyway, there is nothing wrong. Good video and useful stuff for new riders. From my side special thanks for enriching my poor English about track riding topics ))
I think the braking marker should be the #1 I tent to used the braking my initial turning point into the corner, going through it trail braking. I tent to brake a bit earlier than most as am trail braking through the corner just about hitting the apex.... most track day riders brake deep in the corner but park it in the middle of the corner (hate that) I always catch them there. If you see my videos they always pass me at the last minute in the straight or a hard braking point. My weak point is coming hard out off the apex (me ppussy 😉😂)
Brilliant and concise. Well done.
The ONLY reference marker vid I could find. Thank you!
How does this have such few views? This is hugely important. Thank you for putting out so much amazingly awesome information out there. Subscribed.
Brilliant videos as always.
Using your eyes correctly is so important. Great point. It’s how I got to the next level as well.
Liked before watching
Logged on to see if there were any recent uploads I'd missed. Weoow, that timing.
Thanks for all the videos !
Very good video, thank you!!!

Topic suggestion: Uses for the rear brake.
I find the best braking marker in racing is about a metre later than the other riders.
Do you sell "Life at lean" stickers , for my car ? Lol
Working on it!

First!
Confusing! Need less face and more video of actual stuff you are trying to explain.
