I did evaluate Late Shivaramji's intellectual ability and the way he brought up his kids looking at my manger Lakshmisha's politeness, his self esteem, communication and cultured approach towards problem solving. Lakshmisha was a role model for me. I will never forget the way he would speak with us and the kind of motivation I got from him. I always wished I had a brother like Lakshmisha in my life.
