Off Hwy 90 theres a set of retention ponds between Eldridge and Corporate that is LOADED with Bass. Also further down by Sugarlands Constellation Field by the airport are a few more beautiful fishing spots fed by Oyster Creek. A Fellow Urban Fisherman.
In Richmond in Rosenberg Texas 2 sets of the Brazos River you might want to try fishing there right underneath the bridge you know I've gotten over 60 lb catfish and over 100 lb alligator gar from over there
Ultralight gear is a blast & I'm talking 4-8lb test. The lighter the lines the better you can present the bait but as with light lines you'll need a decent rod/reel to catch larger fish. A 6lb bass on 4lb test is a Lot of Fun !! Nice fishing/tips
Definitely the trashiest bayou in Houston. I don't know how it gets to that dirty in every section of bayou but it's amazing how many species you can catch out of there. Great video as always and love the multi-species videos.
I used to fish in the bayou behind the Houston country club massive fish in there. I used to be the night washman there many years ago to like graduated u of h. I had a place I could put in a canoe I would paddle up and fish all up and down that part get over there to chimney Rock in you barely get your ankles wet. Catch and release only I did fish in the pawns on the golf course occasionally They have some huge bass in there but everyone tosses them back in.
Ten yrs ago the streams and rivers that I fish locally, were pretty much trash free, most times.. Once so many immigrants started showing up, building camps when they first get here, our waterways have become so littered with everything they always leave behind, not to mention, they use illegal ways of fishing, literally keeping everything that they catch,no matter what the species is,and I imagine that within another twenty years,it'll all look like INDIA

Amazing the diversity of species in the waterways

Can you imagine those fishing holes a 100-200 years ago before population boom? Must of been some studs
Sir, 50 years ago that water didn’t exist because those are sewers and run offs let alone 100 years
Great adventure as always. How do you avoid ticks?
Those lil sunfish would be great for my outdoor tank
How do you like the piscifun shirts are they pretty comparable to other shirts like that
@520Daniel They're pretty comfortable and extremely durable.
@ I found that style shirt and it was carhart brand for about $20 whereas huk and underarmour brands are like $55 for that same style
What a trip 😂
So these fish are really tasty when fryed ?
Nothing from that waterway would be described as "tasty"
@@MrSeethe fun fact you can’t taste PCBs
Yes
Green or brase is the nastiest, which one did you have the luxury to fish?
I fished there years ago I need some tilapia for my pond might be going there soon
the dude and his drama over fish fins and fishing what he seems to think is the wild jungles of the amazon😂😂😂
I see you handle multiple fish, amphibians, etc. Are there any animals that actually scare you?
Green sunfish look like that when they are caught in dark areas. They will blend in.

Mr. Safety Samuel
So sad seeing all that trash
Might be a "body" under that mattress..... yuk, that's the kinda place people come to rest. Next to polluted waterways. peace

Facts
It could be LA but you’re right Houston has become gross
You screamed like a 12 year old girl getting a flu shot 🤦🏿♂️
Good commentary about the horizontal lip holds. Totally unnecessary
