It took me almost two years to detach my self from the people or things not serving me in life. what i did started doing meditation this year is the key very important. I started reading books self-development and other books. I started journaling, affirmations . Also listening to Abraham hicks so help highly recommend. Do all that brings yours in alignment. Highly recommend the Power of Now book by Echort Tolle first book i bought on audible changed my life. I highly recommend audio form listing to Echort Tolle. Meditation is must start with that. Remeber its process takes time more consistent you are more you will able to bring and attract things people you want in life .
Card 2. I’ve been letting go of toxic people and habits. I’ve been trying to eat healthy and FINALLY go over my goals (which includes trying to do TH-cam and work at home).
