I used to find that too. I saw another tarot reader which said you should close your eyes and take a few calming breaths, then use your intuition which is the feeling in the pit of your stomach to help you. If you’re not getting anything from your intuition then either visualise one of the pile numbers and the one that comes up is your pile, or open your eyes and pick the pile which you are first drawn to. I know it can be difficult but with practise you’ll get there :) it’s always best to pick with your gut feeling rather than your eyes (eg which crystal you think is prettiest)

back then i wasnt really confident, i'd have bad thoughts about myself and my appearance, but i never made a change knowing i looked awful. growing up, i thought that i was ugly. my parents told me to put on some makeup when going out, and that really stuck with me. few years later i decided that i'd make a change for the better, and ive never loved myself more. it all started when i jokingly complimented myself each day, telling my friends i was handsome despite me being a girl. i started having this mindset that i was okay and beautiful. i started getting confident, started loving myself. although some people would still call me ugly, it no longer effected me. insults have no such thing for me now. like the readings had said, ive cut every negative thoughts about myself. i know myself better than anyone, and i took advantage of it. if i knew something was wrong, i'd tell myself so, even if my ego disagreed. i'll own up to it. now im more confident than ever, more wild and a lot more approachable.
i still have my flaws. i still have bad days. i tell myself its okay to cry once in a while, and crying is not a bad thing. because i know i'd get over it in just three days. i had faith that i'd definitely own up to it. sometimes i look in the mirror and notice my acne, then proceed to feel bad about it. i tell myself that its alright, and it'll go away in the sooner.
i'm not open with my feelings and i always keep them bottled in. i was bad at letting my friends know how i really feel, because i didnt want to let anyone pity me. i didnt want to make them feel as negative as i felt at that moment. until this day, im always there for me. i was the only one comforting myself. sometimes it gets really hard, i'd tell myself i'd be okay, and i'd definitely get through it. i was confident that i'd be.
now im more than happy. i rarely have bad thoughts anymore and im confident in myself. im confident in my appearance and personality. i no longer hold myself back. i keep negatity in my life as little as i could. its nice to know that in 10 years, i'd still be confident and fearless as i am now.
