[HD] NEW BUS ALERT - 16 New Articulated Buses 24001-24016

Hello, and welcome back to the channel!
in June, the first of 16 replacement articulated buses entered service. In short, these buses are due to replace the older traditional diesel artics dating back to 2007. These buses also feature a powered middle axle for a slight edge in performance not just on hills but possibly in winter conditions as well.

Great video! One thing you forgot to mention is that 3 of those diesel artics spent most of their years in West Vancouver before being transferred back to Burnaby.

and coincidentally those were actually among the first to go

These are hybrids, not CNGs. The height of the roof fairings are a pedantic observation (and hence left out).
