    Hello, when you say pin 1 always carries the dots, do you mean pin 1 has the indent in the chip next to it?

    Bro, what if the eeprom is not plugin on motherboard laptop can it work properly? Mine is accept to poweron but mouse and any device i plugin is not working

      You might need to use a USB 2.0 hub to get the keyboard and mouse working, and yes, it should still work if not connected on the motherboard.
