I followed all the steps you showed in the video. My Mac is a mid-2009 version. When I get to the installation phase, after rebooting twice, it gets stuck on the loading bar during the third reboot. I’ve already repeated the steps twice. Do you have a solution for this?

Hello I have a iMac A1312 on ''El Capitan'' Version (10.11.16) and when I Try to download and Install Sonoma the Patcher is telling me ''Requires High Sierra'', but I have no ''High Sierra'' version displayed in the last of downlods... What can I do ?

Thank you for putting this guide together and making it short, uncomplex and easy to follow. I used an external SSD to try, firstly on a MacBook Pro 2013 and also an iMac 27.5" 2011, both to Ventura in one step. The only issue was the keyboard and trackpad on the iMac did not work until the process was complete so had to use wired ones until the end. Wonderful to have the latest features and patches I can rarely see any difference in speed even given I'm using this via USB2 SSD.

we have same specs, same year model of the macbook pro, the only difference is my drive is HDD. Experienced boot loop, never went thru setup my mac screen. So I decided to change it to a different drive, from 160 gb HDD to 1 TB(old hdd not SSD), still the same, and 1 more difference is I didn't use a 3.0 hub. Would that be a factor using HDD and not using usb 3.0 hub?

How did you manage the hdd sensor? mine the fans are at full speed all the time. thank you.

Thank you for your video. How did you handle the issue in Linux Mint 22 on the Macbook Pro 2009 where you can not adjust screen brightness. Did you find a solution that works? Both the screen brightness buttons don't respond and there is no adjustment within Display.
