I was his subscriber for sometime. But later on somehow I did not like his approach towards reviews of bikes. I unsubscribed long time ago. But Vikas bro is still maintaining the same morality, ethics and the real biking brotherhood from day 1 of his TH-cam journey. Thanks Vikas for inspiring us. ❤
@@Whatreally123 this video is all about Motorcycle reviewers who review bikes and they test the bike to the core by revving it hard, Testing top speed and what not. Sad and unethical part is that the bikes given by showrooms for reviews is not the demo bike, rather it is the bike which is yet to be delivered to a customer. This is the summary of the issue.
I have left comment on Dino’s video regarding this. It just hurts to see him rev the crap out of brand new bikes like that. Like always he doesn’t reply to such comments. I have test ridden multiple bikes, when i test rode the svartpilen i was given the display bike, i was told by the showroom that its a display bike. I test rode it as if it was my brand new bike, didnt rev it, just made sure that the ergoes are good for rider and pillion and returned the bike. I ended up buying a svartpilen 10days later but at the time the bike i rode was already sold.
I have seen this 2 times. First, when I got my first scooter the Suzuki Burgman at Padmaja Suzuki Vijayawada. After taking the delivery, the dash was not showing the real time speed. I went back to the showroom immediately after going out their gate and asked why’s this. The technician calmly plugged something in at the right side of back of the scooter and said that the cable was loose or something. That was suspicious. The second experience is, a person who looked like they were at a managerial position at a certain Triumph Hyd, while I was waiting to collect my Speed 400 from repairs, said to an employee there when he came rushing asking about a test ride to give out a customer’s motorcycle for a test ride as they didn’t have one available at the moment. I was shocked by this. I certainly wouldn’t want my baby to be given out to a potential customer to test ride.
Few months ago, I went to take a test ride for 390 adv and the rajiv chowk gurgaon showroom offered me a customer's bike that was there for servicing. I promptly denied and even had to explain them the risks of giving out bikes that were not their's to give.
This is one of the reasons not to buy a new vehicle as soon as it's launched and very few people can really see the difference between a brand new bike which was used or not used in the showroom. Also sometimes the odometer can be showing around 5-10 kms considering the vehicles distance from the delivery yard to the showroom
Nexa did this when i was considering the purchase of a Jimny. The single fuse that is removed made sure ESP, ABS, Power Steering, and the speed sensors didn't work at all.
Hi Vikas, wish you all the best for the coming year. Here's something that I would like your opinion on. I booked the new RE Himalayan post the launch with introductory price around the end of December. However the showrooms are quoting 1-2 months wait time. Stating pricing will be subject to cost at date of delivery. There was nothing unusual until I did some questioning. So I asked hiw many deliveries they had done for the new bike and they said that the showroom had only done 1 single delivery. And that they had approx 20-25 bikes booked at the time of my booking (27 Dec) Is it normal that there would be such a wait time even if only a single bike was delivered? I do suspect some foul play here. Either by RE in delaying the deliveries. Either to sell more accessories which may not have been production ready or some other production issue. Or by dealers to profit on the annual price increases. Thank you for all the great work you put in.
I recently took a test ride of the Scrambler 400X, all the red flags mentioned in the video was tick marked. The cable was definitely removed as the odo was not showing any data, but the analog sppedo was working. There was no number plate. I was not aware of it and when they asked me to take the particular vehicle I noticed there was no registration plate, and after I got on the bike I saw the lcd panel was off. After I asked about it, they told that it is yet to be registered and the vehicle just arrived. I would like to mention that the showroom was yet to be launched officially when I took the test ride. So there's a chance they were telling the truth.
Sir, this has been a huge problem. They make sure the ODO Meter shows 0 when the vehicle is being sold. I went for several 2-wheeler test drives where the Speedometer was not connected, and the odometer was 0. They do sell it off sadly.
The most wanted video of the decade. I won't take name, hope you understand whom I am talking about, they simply take brand new vehicles, both cars and bikes.and rev the nuts out of the engine just for fun and top speed.
Yes.👍 I was his subscriber for sometime. But later on somehow I did not like his approach towards reviews of bikes. I unsubscribed long time ago. But Vikas bro is still maintaining the same morality, ethics and the real biking brotherhood from day 1 of his TH-cam journey.
Back then when reviewers like you used to review bikes we could trust the review and buy the motorcycle. But now as you said, it’s better to visit showroom and do a PDI ourself or ask them to check the motorcycle infront of us..
Hi Guys. I recently went to test drive shine 100 & they gave me a vehicle that an another customer booked and is going to RTO for reg. and they even said to me its another customer's new vehicle. It also happened in hero showroom also. Hf deluxe i asked, and they said me we could only give you a test drive if an another customer books a new hf deluxe. Guys really what the hell is happening. Guys tell me is there a way to find if it has already been ridden?
The only way you can figure out if the vehicle was used while on display at the showroom is you closely inspect the motorcycle chain and if you find some lube under the top chain cover and also look closely at the tyres
If you want new bike which no one has ridden then ask the showroom to give bike from the next dispatch. This way when the bike arrives you can see it and make sure its delivered to you without spending many days in the showroom even then the showroom people would have ridden it.
Very bad practice by most of the showrooms & so called auto journalists. We buy our dream bike with our absolute hard earned money and we expect it be delivered in a very honest manner. This practice must be seriously condemned and thank you for talking on this very important issue..:)
See this is why i stopped watching Dino's vault 5 or 6 years back itself because i immediately knew he was a fraud. He always managed to get brand new bikes for review before everyone in the youtube community 😂. Even big channels like Autocar,Ziggwheels didn't get them to test but he always got it beforehand and he used to take that brand new hike and push it like crazy on highways. Speedometer wires were never removed when he rode , others do it , its atleast done on a test ride vehicle, where wire is removed . And here comes the best part he always used to say good things about bikes doesn't matter even if the bike had cheap quality plastic used in it or refinement issues . I remember watching his review of Hero xtreme 200r BS4, that bike had lots of problems initially in the 1st lot. Poor low end and topend performance , rebored unreliable engine which used to heat up due to shitty engine oil used by Hero service centre, refinement issues post 6k rpm ,ABS wire getting broken , timing chain replacement under 10k kms . And he was saying it had great performance while pushing the bike above 100kmph when it was clearly struggling, Anybody who knows about riding bikes for years would tell you that engine is making too much noise and struggling at topend, not at all rev happy . He used to unnecessarily butter up the review by saying only good things about the bike , hence he was a darling of dealerships 😅because they knew he will give them good business and they gave discounts to his subscribers also if they said Dino bhai ne bola tha idar aake lene ko😂. Great business model i would say. I am 100% sure your subscriber has complained about him to you. There are many youtube motovloggers/Auto journalists with limited knowledge who do dishonest practices like this But Dino's vault is like Kingpin among them . The wealth and subscriber base he amassed , no1 has done it in that way over the years. He has that Salman bhai level of toxic fanbase nowadays among youtube motorcycle reviewers nowadays and lots of goodwill also hence all these unethical practices stay under the carpet.
All the points are true I felt. Sometimes everyone does some kind of over action, which is fine if not repeated frequently. Overaction done deliberately and repeated every time and dishonest reviews, I’m sure some people are going to make out except blind fans. I could not find any of his reviews in which he talked about the real negatives of any bike.
Yes exactly nowadays most of the automobile brands call up auto journalist and bloggers and give them a vehicle to use for a day or so the these same vehicles are sold over a period of time to the customers
We miss your genuine & informative videos sir. Social media has spoiled the motorcycling lately, paid promotions, paid reviews, misguiding speedsters are ruining essence of true motorcycling community. I really appreciate your time and efforts to bringing this awareness. May the force be with you, thanks 🫡 ❤
This is the biggest scam that no one was talking about, thank you bro for creating awareness! 💯

Dino crying after watching this video!!
After the bike review, spontaneous dance reels 😂
what's the context?
😂😂👍
To be frank, all his motorcycle reviews were just of same pattern and same words also.

A lot of bike dealers are doing this, thank you for pointing this out

True... if I see a promo of any showroom then it's certain I would never buy from that showroom.

I bought my Dominar, Jacket, and gloves after watching your review. Never been disappointed and they perform exactly as you mentioned in your reviews.
I was already aware of this but thank you for highlighting it Vikas anna. This practice should stop.
Sir should we use jem india handle bar risers in our ktm rc 390 for comfortable riding position..
Respect for this youtuber 📈

Thanks a lot sir for managing ur time to make videos and helping us and guiding us as the real biking brother.
Lots of respect for u sir. 🤘
Thank you brother!
True.. I second you Vikash
Genuine info Vikas Anna. Expecting a video on safety riding gear business 😢

Now seeing this video of Vikas, I felt I was not wrong.
One more thing Vikas Sir. These motovlogres are biesed towards that motorcycle brand and showroom.
Vrey few of them upload honest reviews.
Yes exactly nowadays most of the automobile brands call up auto journalist and bloggers and give them a vehicle to use for a day or so the these same vehicles are sold over a period of time to the customers
