Someone else mentioned it, but the rabbit to the moon thing did, in fact, happen in OG Dragon Ball. The rabbit was "Monster Carrot", a humanoid rabbit with the power to turn those he touched into carrots (hence the name). Goku used his Power Pole (a red staff that can grow and shrink in size) to keep Monster Carrot at a distance and defeat him and his two flunkies. After defeating them, Golu sentenced them to stay on the moon (don't ask how they could breathe up there or why Goku, who had a tail and would transform into a mindlessly rageful giant monkey when looking at a full moon, didn't transform at the sight of seeing the moon on the way up) until they'd made enough mochi rice balls for all the children on Earth (this may be from the dub, but the making rice balls thing was part of it). As for the rest, yes, Goku did defeat an entire army by himself (the Red Ribbon Army) and several "demons", later reconned to mutant Namekians born of Piccolo's dad, King Piccolo, and King Piccolo himself. Kid Goku was a force of nature, back when Dragon Ball was almost purely about the martial arts and not power levels and ki blasts or beam attacks.
Remember in History of Trunks how adult Gohan died? Trunks wasn’t able to help him? Granted because Gohan knocked him out Catharsis by proxy meaning Trunks felt catharsis from seeing someone else beat up Vegeta instead of himself
There's effectively 4 timelines at play here. Original timeline: Goku dies and the androids take over the world. Trunks goes back in time to give goku the medicine and warn everyone but unbeknownst to him, he lands in the Z timeline. Z timeline: this is the timeline that we are following (the events of the show.) Trunks lands in this timeline to save Goku and the events of the show happen as we watch it. Timeline 3: an alternate version of future trunks who gets killed by Cell. This Cell then uses the time machine and lands in the Z timeline. Timeline 4: this is the alternate Z timeline where Future Trunks from timeline 3 lands and helps stops the androids by either destroying or deactivating and therefore also killing the cell from that timeline after destroying the lab.
Also just to add: since Timeline 4 never had a Perfect Cell, that means that alternate Trunks never had the hyperbolic time chamber training with Vegeta and so he was significantly weaker than our Future Trunks and that's how the Cell from timeline 3 was able to kill him.
Every time you guys ask a question, they're either answering it and you don't hear it because you're talking or they're about to answer it and you don't hear it because you're talking lmao Just pause the video when you have a comment or question
I don't know the actual name of the song, but I believe it was Trunks' theme that was used in some old video games (I can't remember off-hand if it was originally from the anime or not, since it's been a while since I last watched the actual show).
I remember watchinv this whole fight on Toonami as a kid. While it was cool, it DRAGGED ON 😂😅 Trunks transformed and fought Cell to distract him so that Krillin could grab an unconscious Vegeta, and take him to safety. Which took long in itself, and then when it finally worked Cell let Trunks know that he knew the plan and just played along. Then they fought, Trunks powered up some more and then Cell finally showed Trunks that Super Saiyan Grade 3, and even Grade 2, were useless forms.
funny thing is even if goku/gohan went first, considering goku's track record at times...we probably still end up with perfect cell lmao. we all need to be mad at krillin!
Nah we wouldn't. Even this version of Goku wouldn't allow 18 to be absorbed, which as far as anyone knows is death. He isn't going to condemn someone to just dying like that.
@@DeadPiixxel Would be an even more massive pain in the ass for copyright. That's why abridged is getting so many reactions. Also, the original is REALLY fucking slow. It's a good show but by modern standards we've learned plenty by now.
Yeah I hate that they are just going straight to the buu saga now. Tfs never gives out the story until the cell saga. They should have just start from Dragon ball then kai
This makes my head heart butchering “Akira’s” work down to this…ill never understand peoples hype for the abridged version….i don’t like Kai but i respect it more than this 🤦♂️
TFS are some of the biggest fans of Dragon Ball. They literally made several celebrations of the series with DBCember. Chris Sabat loves them and has even done cameos in the series. DBZA is not mocking the series. It's a love letter. They're part of the reason I believe that you have to love something to parody it.
@@saltyk9869 Im not saying they are not fans but when the bootleg becomes more knowledgeable than the official there is a clear sign of disrespect and ignorance for new comers towards the official…not respecting the source of were it came from…i cant say how many times ive seen reactor’s who only fallowed TFS up to cell and when they hear something from a canon/official DB source its like foreign of whats being explained…that’s why i just have my grips with it…now if they started with the source the go to Abridged its cool…but people championing abridged to be were people start there first round of DBZ….its disrespectful especially with Akira’s recent passing
@@007odc Not really TFS fault. That's on people who choose not to see the original. Nothing to do with TFS disrespecting anything, in fact this is a good show and they clearly love it. Putting it on them for others choices is much more disrespectful than them making the show. Also OG is good but it's painfully slow and full of filler, one episode is literally Goku and Freeza recapping the whole fight from across a river of lava up until that point. Kai alleviates some of the stress but that came later.
"You can't fathom the amount of dead men behind me" is such a hard line.
The music is actually Future Trunk's theme. Its called " Light of Will Power".
Cell's trashtalk is just on point
Yes, one of the first episodes of the show where Goku is a kid is him fighting a rabbit that he defeated by sending her to the moon.
HIS REVOLUTION WILL BE TELEVISED 🗣️🗣️🗣️
That was definitely piccolo cells trying to go on TV calling out fades lmaooo
What channel?!
That music you liked is an instrumental version of a song called "Hikari no willpower" (The light of willpower)!

This is my favorite episode. The music and the dialog is awesome.
Cell has banger lines as a villain 😮!

In DBZA The History of Trunks goes between Episode Sixty, and The Epilogue.
actually I think it released around the mid 40's of the series and it does fit well there
Yea it’s sets up for the androids not cell
Wild you two picked when they were explaining to ask questions they were already in the process of answering
Song is called will power. I've love that song since 1998-99

Dragon Ball Z!
Will there be any more bleach abridged videos?
Lmao goku really only has a brain for fighting. The rest of life the man is completely lost.
He literally is a combat genius who thinks of putting ki blast land mines but barely knows what a kiss is 🤦♂️
