Why not fold up the sleeve and tack it neatly in place? That way, as the child grows, you can untack it and have longer sleeves as needed?
I think the idea here is these are clothes the creators child has grown out of and they're using them to donstrate techniques that can be used on any clothes, including full grown adults

Ок,в первом сюжете подрезали рукав, зачем? Где применили отрезанное? Можно было вшить трикотажную манжету,чтоб не задувало в рукав
Красная куртка из кожзама, ремонт - да, но! геометрия рукава изменилась, куртка стала неудобной.
Что за приколы,на заставке дырявые штаны,а всё про куртки.....😢
