It’s a lovely country park one of our favourites. The man was fine as far as I know. It’s me who has been suffering didn’t help my shoulder but I did what I needed to do unfortunately paid the penalty myself

Thank you we love going there only a few miles away and you feel like you’re in another world. He was ok once I got him up. But unfortunately my shoulder has suffered over the last 10 days since then might have done more damage and more painful since that episode 😥 Thanks for watching 🫶
