I love this! Clean, elegant and love the addition to the drapes. Bought shower curtains myself to decorate a living room window and I knew it didn't quite look right you gave me an awesome idea for the final results thanks!
LOVE that room, particularly the painted closet! So pretty! If I were you I would add a fold up luggage rack for suitcases. If you don't have one people put the suitcase on the bed to unpack and I am afraid for your beautiful white comforter!! Maybe also a black throw blanket so people can sit on it when they are watching TV. Beautiful room! Your guests are so lucky!

Another great space! I too love using white bedding. We still have Garden Ridge in Texas but now it is called "At Home". They do have great accessories. Your decorating skills are awesome!

Denise,You are my favorite! I love this room! Anyone is so lucky to be a guest in your home.You have such wonderful taste,and you're so unpretentious. I love the way you so willingly share where you buy,from a flea market to boutiques,to the roadside.Thanks for sharing all that you do.I also wanted to tell you,I messed up my first attempt at cleaning silver.I used the silver polish,and the brass cleaner.But I got impatient and used aluminum foil and baking soda to soak the silver in.It worjs,but you have to be judicious when using it.I let the piece soak too long, and the silver came off or became loose.It was a piece my grandmother had purchased at an estate sale,for my mother.The owner was a wealthy man who loved children and endeared himself to my mother and other children,by being a wonderful storyteller of children's stories.She had kept it for years in the upper shelf of our kitchen dish cabinet.I'd like to get it redipped eventually,but for now it's back on a shelf.But you gave me the desire to obtain lovely pieces of silver,from thrift stores,yardsales etc.You and At home with Nikki,and a few other ladies to are such inspirations,but you're my favorite.Take Care,Linda Bodder

That is adorable! Love the way you tied the closet into the room with the paint, it makes a fashion statement all on its own. Good job on the curtains - very creative to use shower curtains -- some of them are so beautiful. What a good idea! I'll have to remember that when I see ones that I love. I'm from the UK and everyone uses duvet covers here... so it's always funny when people in the US talk about the convenience of them! :P I couldn't imagine doing anything else!
I must say you are a very wonderful thoughtful person. This room is simply amazing, better than 5 star hotels!
Great tips ... on picking-up free white night stand and spray painting it black & adding new knobs ... on using a shower curtain & adding more material for curtains ... spray painting a curtain rod black .... and painting the closet that deep color!

This room is similar to my guest room except I mixed the black and white Damask print with baby blue accents and I added a black and white chandelier from Z Gallery. I also have a small dorm sized fridge in the closet. I love your idea of the channel line up card and painting the inside of the closet. Good job🙂👍🏾!

The only thing I would include since you have such nice white sheets would be some make up remover face wipes some people forget to take their make up off at night and my friend had that happen to her 1K thread count sheets and even with those the lipstick wouldnt come out :( Love your room!!
