expand window opened the first time but I didnt create outline.. started over and created outline and it grouped that time but now clicking expand doesnt open a window.. what??

You open it up in illustrator and then you can edit their color and size pretty easily, just select them and go to the swatches panel or look for tutorials on how to use the transform tool. Hope this helps :)

The problem is that I thought that editing the texts was just deleting the one from the template and writing the one I want, but I see that it is more complicated and it seems that I must edit letter by letter, something that seems very laborious. Sorry to hear that, try to set the speed of the video from the youtube settings to 0.75x or enable CC Subtitles (which are available) - hope that helps!
