CN Liren is one of the Best ship even i love this ship alot. I use this ship design my cruiser too, Back to topic, this ship has good effect of Blur Grenade Launchers. I use An Anti-air Missile on it because DF-11 is Effective for ships in Offline, For online i used Type-17/ATMACA worth it. I use Sigma, JRNG-6 and Laser AA because JRNG-6 has Good Range and Sigma for the same reason you Said in this video. The Laser AA I also worth because you used all type of AA weapons so Laser like OHEL or HELIOS will be good. For helicopter you shall use Kai-Lah as it has AA Cannon, Some Artillery and Torpedoes or Defiant X have same Equipment scheme same for NHF (January Battlepass Helicopter if anybody knows please reply). Rest this ship is true beast .
Graf spee much better and cheaper too and price is a very crucial factor in determining which ship is best cuz some are just overpriced with specifications like dollar ships

I traded it with Graf Spee and rok-d-kidds as Graf Spee is better than CN liren, in term of damage. It can deal with sub more effectively than CN liren.
But Cn liren better in online matches

Use mucho tiempo el liren, pero prefiero el Graff spee porque tiene menor dispersión de GL y más maniobrabilidad.
