Hey Is it just me or is there no way to select to detect hi hats?? There is an option for snare, kick and four for Toms but no Hi Hats? I want to replace the hi hats from an overheads mic?
I am wondering the same thing, but i can't really find the answer. I've asked someone from sweetwater, but haven't heard back; if i hear anything i'll let you know.
It is separate since it has its own library of kit pieces. But, if you have Addictive Drums 2 then all the better.Because it automatically loads it and has it as an available tab to expand the drums.I think the inability to use your own samples may be a deal breaker for some but I have found Addictive Trigger to be excellent.
@@soyjeroromero You would need sets of samples with quite a few variations for the various velocity levels of each drum. Unless you want "machine-gun" electronic sounding sounds
I only bought this in 2020 and I love it.Thank you
Rapaz vc é da terrinha, abraço e obrigado pelo vídeo

Do you keep the kick and snare track in stereo or bounce it to mono after using AT ? Thank you

Good luck, that technology is still in its very very early stages.
Nice video man! Is Addictive trigger independent from Addictive drums or do I need to buy Addictive drums? Thanks ; )

Great video! Thank you for making it.
Can you load in your own WAV file samples instead of using AD's samples?
+Justin Carlson unfortunately no, that was something that also bothered our reviewer - the only flaw in an otherwise awesome plugin.
@@gearspace can other trigger plugins do it maybe?
@@0oTHEJACKo0 With Slate's Trigger 2 plugin you can do that!
Yes

is it possible to route and link the velocity to other parameters in your DAW?
That's what I'd like to know.
can you load custom samples?
NO but you don't need to. You can get every drum sound imaginable in it.
@@soyjeroromero you can export MIDI from Addictive Trigger and then feed any drum sampler you care to.
