i dont normally comment on many videos of Utubers. but i felt the need to comment on this one. when you spoke of imposter syndrome and how sometimes you feel like your living a life not meant for you. its because you havent accepted how good you really are. you know your good but havent accepted it. there is a big difference. you put in the work you made the choices and sacrifices and now you should feel good that you are who you are and where you are.accept that your a star and that its because of who you are and all you have endured to get there. It takes alot to bare you soul in front of many others some you may never get the chance to meet in life. I model and i know a bit about what you say when you feel things are biggger than who you are. but that just means you meant for bigger things and some day when you accept that you can enjoy the ride, and look back and say i did it. when that day comes you truely will have made it.

@@kristinekugler your welcome i know modeling is differnt but also very simular to dancing in a way. i have felt very simular to how you felt till i relized im not living a life not meant for me but one that i created. so your words on what you said really resignated in me.I just hope what i said helped. Keep being positive and pass along enouragement to others that will look up to you along the way. im sure your crew mates already look upto you, and you can see how they all care. you seem to be a very honest and open person. thats rare in this day.

I watched another RC dancer who has a You Tube channel. She talked about having to participate in Sail Away parties and evening parties at the bars dancing for guests in addition to the shows she performs on stage. Do you have other duties with the guests outside performing on stage?
We don't have those duties on Quantum class ships but I know many of the smaller and also Oasis class ships may have to! Our extra duties include safety briefings with the guests and sometimes we may have small events we're asked to participate in ☺
happy almost birthday! sounds like you have a great perspective on it. I was way over serious in my 20s and I think being willing and open to change and new opportunities, having standards for who is in your life, and of course having fun etc is all so important at every age but especially in your 20s. I hope you have a blast!

Hi Kristine, really enjoyed your, behind the scenes presentation!! As an old (79) guy, I have really enjoyed the Show Girls, Dancers!! Wife and I have been on 43-44 cruises and always catch the shows! Knew it was very hard work, but didn't realize all the rushing you had to do between sets!! Amazing work!! Best of luck to you and hope they give you a BIGGER room!!!

I used to work on cruise ships, used to get absolutely smashed with dancers and shoppers and casino dealers, very hectic crew bar we had, holland america was VERY booze friendly back in my day.

Im currently on Ovation now and watched The Beautiful Dream the other night. Wasnt sure if yoi were on that one but i enjoyed it and thought ' i wonder if your in this one?'. 😊

Really interesting thanks for sharing!!! would love to see the show, how long are they usually on for? would it still be running next year? I have another cruise booked this year so can't get to yours too. Do you have more than one set of the clothes? imaging putting them back on for the second show and they are all sweaty. Who does all the washing?
The shows are exclusive to each ship! So basically when the ship was built, the show was built with it ☺Yes we do have to put back on our sweaty costumes for the second show lol, but we usually have an hour to let them sit out and dry. All the costumes are on a wash rotation and we have 2 cast members that are in charge of fixing and washing the wardrobe! They can apply for this side job at the start of the contract.

What do you use for teeth whitening?? Also! Is there someone delegated for cleansing the costumes??
I usually use Crest 3D whitestrips and yes we have 2 people in the cast who handle all the wardrobe fixes and cleaning! It's an extra job we can apply for at the beginning of the contract.

Hi Kristine can a passenger buy internet by the hour like you guys can? Otherwise the internet package is really expensive. Sorry to hassle you.
No, guests buy packages for the day/cruise. It is still expensive but the wifi works soooo much faster than crew wifi. I would say it's worth it if you wanted to use any internet while on the ship.
Have you ever had to stop or cancel a show because the boat was rocking too much and it would be unsafe for the dancers to perform?
Yes it's only happened once or twice!
