One suggestion I would have is do 5 back bridges before practice. If you have a strong back bridge that is 1/2 the battle. Macaco helps for familiarity.
Yes.. I'm training these days back hand spring.. I can now aerial kick..now I want to know how to do aerial twist. I think it may be butter fly twist..
Im sure you are better now but your problem was you were under cutting which means your hands are ending up to close to where your feet were. Also you were going to far to your side

You should start twisting out of round offs. Round off full, doubles etc.
Im about to start my fulls are more inverted now so looks cleaner, will start comboing it soon!
