How to F3B | BALLASTING your glider

In this video i want to show you the basics of ballasting a modern rc glider and especially f3b planes for contest flying. F3B is a competition class where the pilots of rc gliders compete in three different tasks. These are Duration (10 minutes of thermal flying with a spot landing), Distance (flying as many 150m legs as possible in 4 minutes) and Speed flying (flying 4 150m legs as fast as possible).
