When Sam says "that's the difference between me and you" to Brenda, the look on Jason's face says it all. It's like his past and present have met and he clearly sees the difference between the kind of woman he was once with and the woman he now needs & loves. A strong woman who doesn't keep secrets and who owns her past, mistakes and all.
I don't blame Sam for being upset. She is probably remembering how Jason kept a big secret for Lizbitch and how that secret destroyed their lives. She is probably thinking that history may be repeating itself. Jason should be loyal to Sam instead of all his exes. I hate it that he never puts her first.

I don't know about you guys, but I think that Jason's little half smile at 1:53 is because he is thinking "This is why I love her." I am defiantly ready for Brenda to move on, and a new story line to move in.
I think he should have let someone else take care of Brenda, she didn't need to be in the middle of their relationship in the first place, especially after sam almost got killed in her place
For entirely different reasons. Carly is jealous as usual. Sam however is worried that Brenda's shyt is going to get Jason hurt or worse killed. However, either way I condone the dislike. LOL
Everyone keeps saying Jason should have gone after Sam. I disagree. I think by now he and Sam understand each other well enough to know when to push and when to let the other be. He couldn't say anything she wanted to hear in that moment and he gave Brenda his word. All going after Sam would have done is made the argument bigger and taken more time to clear the air. Jason isn't purposefully neglecting Sam. The sooner the immediate danger of the Balkan is taken care of the sooner he and Sam can pick up where they left off. I really really hated Brenda during this storyline. She honestly thinks that she is above every other woman (except maybe Robin) in PC. Sam deserves to know what's going on, no just because of Jason, but because she has been involved since the very beginning. She helped gather information, she played decoy, and then she was targeted to distract Jason so the Balkan could have a shot at Brenda. She has every right to know what she's putting everything on the line for.
I agree but but secrets is what ruined them before so when if I was him I wouldn't have told Brenda that I promise to keep the secret because Sam is his girl she wouldn't dare put him in harm's way she would have kept the secret too

He had to promise to keep her confidence just to get her to open up about what happened and it's not his secret to tell. They worked together on cases, kidnappings, he was never telling her things he'd promised to keep to himself and Brenda didn't trust him or his judgement. She had a tendency to react emotionally and make a bad situation worse. I really think he was just trying to keep her from acting out so he could get the job done as quickly as possible and get back to his life with Sam without all the Brenda and Balkan focus.
terrolyn jones yep I think the secret with Liz is playing a big part in how Sam is feeling now. The last time Jason couldn't tell her something they broke up to put it mildly. And Jason should remember that. Oh and I'm really hating Brenda in this story line!
I would've told her that it is my business because the love of her life is risking his life to protect her and the one thing that pisses me off is that he didn't even consult Sam to see if she was okay with him bringing Brenda back and she is a selfish brat that doesn't respect Sam's relationship with Jason and I would've sucker punched her and made him chose between Sam and Brenda and if he chose Brenda I would tell him that we're done
YES!!! I hate how she trivializes everyone else's feelings!!! God I hate her seriously!!! And Jason you and Sam are not fine! It's not the same, but you keeping secrets and putting Brenda and her feelings first, you are dredging up old feelings in Sam. Again you are saying the words, but actions are contradicting them. @Msjasam4evr it didn't take that long. it was soap opera time:) look at the vids from the 10th, 11th, and 16th, Sam is wearing the same thing. she had her coat on. in the vid for the 16th, when jason goes to her place, her coat is off. she has on the same top she from the 11th. Jason went to her almost the same day. it is kind of irritating how one day in real time is like two weeks in Soap Opera time. LOL do u realize the Balkan sl has been 7months long now...and its still not over. haha
although Brenda annoys the HELL outta me I do agree with her on one thing: Jason needs to take sam somewhere. :) everything else brenda said made me want to shove those words back in her obnoxious mouth.
