@@robyrocks thanks for the reply! I must have deleted the driver on accident. It definitely needs it to work lol. What's weird is I reset 10x to all different firmwares to try to get it to work and on one I lost touch screen capabilities. Odd all good now. Thanks
@@robyrocks I Tried it yesterday (from the official site), but to my understanding it's some updated manual that has not been translated. Every other model has english manuals. Anyways, didn't really need it for much else than learning how to update the device
hi, i had a problem trying to update the ampero one. when i selected the firmware file and it started to load the ampero editor stopped working. Then I disconnected the ampero one, reconnected it and it no longer started. the screen stayed in the editor

What version do you have? I have the V1.1A, they told me to update with the V1.2.8. I can't get it to load onto the computer. Says not compatible with ths device. Hotone is no help. Do you now what is wrong? Thank you.
Probably there is an issue. Try to reinstall the software and firmware. Ampero One Firmware 1.1 works properly with Ampero Editor 1.2.8 as described on the official site.
Mi hai letteralmente salvato il c*** :) Non avevo trovato da nessuna parte nel manuale la dritta sui tre pulsanti da premere per l'aggiornamento del firmware. E ho guardato più volte! L'aggeggino suona benissimo, unica pecca? Ma un pulsantino on-off cosa gli costava metterlo?
Grazie 😊 Si l’ho pensato anche io ma devi ragionare in grande scala. Uno switch on/off con annesso circuito facciamo conto che gli costa 0,50$. Se fai conto su un milione di unità prodotte hanno risparmiato 500.000$. È solo un esempio per dire che tutto deve essere valutato in grande scala.

I just updated to 3.8sp1 and this still does not allow me to access the editor! Help!
on my computer it works properly. try to re-install the firmware and reinstall the editor (you MUST to use the last version available)

I use Macintosh. There is no driver for that OS. And yes: if you use windows it need drivers

Very strange. I downloaded it from the official Hotone Audio website and it's in English. Check again.

I’m sorry but this in the video is the only way to update. Maybe your Ampero or your computer has some problems

Semplicente dall’editor clicchi sul tasto EXPORT... Si, quando aggiorni perdi ogni cosa quindi è meglio prima fare il backup
Can I update from Version 1.0 to 3.8 with the 1.3 Editor or do I have to install an Update that came earlier first?
Yes. Simply install last editor version and last firmware and follow the video

It's very strange. Maybe your Ampero has a bug... try to reinstall the firmware. If the problem persist, contact the support.
