  • A new issue in the St. Louis trash crisis is that alleys are so overgrown with brush that it's hard for residents and garbage trucks to even get to the trash dumpsters anymore.

    In the city I'm in on the other side of Missouri, the city clears the allys & the electric company clears the lines.

    Obviously the city can't fill the vacancies with current residents, so how about remove the residency rule and let people from E. St. Louis/other areas work?

    What's wrong with st Louis? They don't have attorneys, city services, why do you guys even pay taxes? The great gateway to the west?
