Can we all take a minute to appreciate the fact that Leo actually does something every week and works his butt off for it. He doesn't just react to Tik-Tok videos and judge people while trying to look "cute" in fake glasses and saying vapid, stupid stuff to get more followers. He doesn't sit in front of a wall of toys and comics in his basement and tell people whether or not he thought the new video-game movie was any good or throw shade at female celebrities. He just rocks! (and yes, I'm poking fun at 'can we all just appreciate' comments under bad youtubers, but I mean it when i say he rocks.)
The little drum set is just a toy, just like any other music video he sings it in the studio and then does the music video, I'm guessing lip singing over it, that part I'm not sure about.

A scooter, is something you ride like a motorcycle but your feet are in front of you inside the frame of the bike vs to the side of the frame line a motorcycle. The scooter you're referring to is a kid's toy.
