Dude, it's actually awesome that the store is starting to build their library of games we are allowed to take. It was so limited a few months ago, and at one point they threw out more than half of their Xbox 360 and PS3 catalog. I checked the list with my boss, and it feels absolutely endless.
@@andrewsrgt4879 that’s awesome! Now do your store have an actual retro shelf, or is it all in the back drawers?? I just made a video on my channel about this and it was like nearly 80ish% of GameStops didn’t have an actual retro shelf yet
@@jessesellsstuff So my boss and I work between two separate stores. One being a mall, one being a regular strip store. The mall one used to have one, but then the district manager I used to have said to throw everything in the drawer. Not sure why she didn't have us do that at the strip store, but we kept our DS cabinet and dedicated that to our DS and Retro Games for now. I have a feeling whatever retro games we get are going to have to be locked considering they are loose cartridges for the most part. We still have a wall of Xbox 360/Wii/PS3 games at the strip store as well!
@@andrewsrgt4879 ahhh gotcha gotcha, I’m hoping to see a lot my my local Massachusetts ones start showcasing them more. Either way still great finds! I’m subbing as we speak :)
nice haul my dude! Dropped a sub and can't wait to see the next haul! Im planning on going digital for a bit then gonna get goin on my physical collection with Switch/3DS/Xbox/PC
Thanks for the sub! I've gone digital on PC almost exclusively and I have a huge digital library on Xbox and playstation as well, so it's not all bad! Nintendo closing their E-Shop and giving us no way to get the games we purchased back without piracy is a bit concerning to me though. Microsoft at the very least seems to have the right ideas, backwards compatibility on the Series X is great! I don't even need my Xbox One plugged in anymore!
@@Twoand86 bro you told me my mic volume sucked, so I've been trying new settings and different hardware to get some feedback since I wasn't having any problems on my end. Not sure what all of your negativity is about man, but you always seem to find something to be annoyed about.
@@andrewsrgt4879 well that may be true, but it shouldn't take me commenting for you to realize that your volume was way too low, that should have been something you realized before uploading. I don't really understand why you keep responding to me at this point. Oh also, Good shit on getting the cheap retro games from GameStop, I do the same thing occasionally.
@@Twoand86 the issue was that on every single device I had I didn't hear any issues with the audio between the iphone, Moto Edge+, or my PC, so I've been asking for feedback from those who watch the videos that have been having the issues.
Nice Haul! I just picked up a ton of retro stuff at my GameStop too, love finding NES stuff in the wild!
