I think it isn’t the missing spankings its the people who aren’t being accountable enough to notice bad behavior until it’s outrageous. Everyone is so distant from each other nowadays. Not everyone looking out for each other’s interests as much as their own. It is still there, but too many forget to look up and see. Just teaching people how to notice each other can improve much.😉✌️💗
