I stayed at the presidential suite at that hotel, the service is truly amazing. If you have Hyatt globalist status you also get 3 hours all you can drink with champagne and cocktails and such.

Joaquin546 if you have status you get free valet otherwise it’s like 50 or 60 dollars. The presidential suite comes with two Cali king Beds lol. 3000 sq feet a grand Piano and like a 10 person hot tub and steam room. I have a very bad video of it on my channel also the elevators are big and super nice.

I also stayed at the Park Hyatt from Lost in Translation, and it was so empty I swear to God we never saw another guest. And that hotel is HUGE. It had a very eerie vibe to it. Absolutely gorgeous though and like Burnie said the service was impeccable.
