Matt is a good drummer for a band, he’s tight and seldom makes mistakes. But he can’t play solo, even can’t play without double pedals
@@danteshum7368 Bruh you don't know Matt if you think he needs double bass. Plus who gives a shit about soloing. That is basically to impress people who aren't drummers by sounding cool to the untrained ear. You could make 30 mistakes and nobody would ever know.

Watching Aaron Spears play Caught Up in modern drummers changed my life too ..it made me fall in love with this amazing instrument even before I could play drums if I remember well I watched the video in 2012 and up to this day I still watch it and it inspires me
Bro im not even a drummer and I feel the same way!!! I remember Playing over that track for hrs trying to get the same feel!!!!!! That was one of the first vids on TH-cam that I ever fell in love with.

I’m a self taught drummer and I look up to the different drummers on Zildjian live because it’s just unique and I’ve only been playing for 6-7 months self taught so it’s pretty cool seeing all the different play styles like JD beck and he’s only 16 and so am I man so much inspiration from these drummers

I've been looking every day, waiting for this one to be uploaded. They're both great drummers from 2 totally different genres. But they played in Aarons genre, so of course he got to shine a little brighter. But some one had to pick the style. Loved it.

Its wild because I live like an hour from Matt and probably like 2 hours from Aaron lol. I went to the studio where Matt and ABR records and got to do some session work there for anther band. Super surreal.
I really look forward to these sessions....they are all truly inspirational, & beautifully recorded.

Ya'll missing the point of how these are Zildjian artists. Both Aaron and Conor play Meinl.
Great combination: DW and Zildjian! Although there are other combos I like: Yamaha-Zildjian, Tama-Zildjian, Pearl_Zildjian, Mapex-Zildjian, Ludwig-Zildjian, etc.
Aaron Spears is a great Drummer, Matt Greiner is my All Time Favorite Drummer and my drum hero, you should have Jordan Mancino and Jay Weinberg on here that would be really cool.
