After trying EVERYTHING- your video majorly fixed BOTH my 11 Pro Max and my wife’s older 6s. The Q-Tip and some hand sanitizer and blow with a straw, took less than five minutes and WOW we actually have to turn it DOWN now. THANK YOU
If you look close enough you will see the layer of dirt on the ear speaker, try to rub it with the brush until you see it at least partly clean again, aka the dirt is gone. Doesn't have to clean the whole thing as it's difficult (it's small), but as long as part of it is dirt free, even just a thin line, it makes a whole world of difference. Try it out.
I Used a wet q tip and scrubbed. And scrubbed and scrubbed. My speaker didn’t looked clogged up but the more I scrubbed I started notice oh small holes and I kept going and now it sounds perfect! I used a super small amount of soapy water and it seemed to go much faster! Fixed it within 5 minutes!!! thank you!!!

Thank you so much! The swab thing did the job perfectly, and without canned air, only the swab and after a little bit of alcohol (very very little amount drop in the cotton, to remove all the leftover grease and dirt.) Then clean swab again. And this also works on the bottom speaker too. If you dont have canned air like me, i recommend double sided elastic tape, cover the bottom speaker holes and with a toothpick just gently push the tape inside the little holes, (Really gently, and not with force! You dont want to break the grills and/or push in the dirt.) Do a few rotation moves carefully on each hole with a now “tape covered” pick, and pull off the tape. You will see, how much dirt come out from this tiny holes. This method will improve the sound quality and fix the quiet speaker problem to. Again, Thanks for the video!

This here is the best way to clean your earpiece grill, i tried using a tooth brush, but it wasn't tactile enough.
