I never get tinkles during ASMR. I do prefer 0 sound ones. I really liked this one. I did get really relaxed though. I cannot normally do regular asmr though and turning my sound off just isn't the same, the mood and vibe feels different. So I really appreciate ones like this that is designed with 0 sound
